Information we collect

LessonLink stores information teachers enter to manage their studio, including studio profile details, student names, contact details, notes, availability, lesson plans, lessons, booking links, and reschedule requests.

When you create or access an account, we collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and authentication identifiers.

How we use information

We use this information to provide scheduling, recurring lesson generation, student booking and reschedule links, account access, reminders, support, security, and product improvement.

Student information is used for the teacher's studio workflow and is not sold to third parties.

Service providers

LessonLink uses Supabase for authentication, database, and related backend services. Google OAuth may be used if you choose to sign in with Google.

LessonLink uses Resend for transactional email features. Stripe may be used for billing if paid plans are enabled in the future.

Booking links and student requests

Teachers may create public booking or reschedule links. People using those links may submit requested lesson times and contact information, which is shared with the teacher's LessonLink account.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account, student, and lesson data while the teacher account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
