Pilot billing and cancellation information for LessonLink.
Pilot billing status
LessonLink paid self-service checkout is currently disabled during the production pilot. Paid plan buttons may be shown as coming soon and do not start a paid subscription.
Cancellations
If your account has been manually granted a pilot plan, you can request a plan change or cancellation by contacting support.
If self-service billing is enabled later, cancellation instructions will be provided in the billing area before paid subscriptions are made available.
Refunds
Because self-service paid billing is disabled during the pilot, there are no standard subscription charges to refund through the app.
If a payment is collected outside the app or after billing is enabled, refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Contact support@lesson-links.com with the account email, date, and reason for the request.
Teacher-student lesson policies
LessonLink does not set cancellation, makeup lesson, or refund policies between teachers and their students. Teachers are responsible for communicating their studio policies directly to students and families.
