Use of LessonLink

LessonLink helps teachers manage students, lesson plans, lessons, booking links, availability, reminders, and reschedule requests.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the students or families you invite, and the scheduling decisions you make through the service.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

LessonLink may suspend access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks the security or availability of the service.

Student and lesson data

Teachers are responsible for having the appropriate permission to enter student names, contact details, notes, and scheduling information into LessonLink.

LessonLink is a scheduling tool and does not replace teacher judgment, studio policies, or communication with students and families.

Pilot availability

During the pilot, features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and communicate major changes.

Payments

Paid self-service checkout is not currently available during the pilot. If paid plans are enabled later, billing terms will be presented before purchase.
